Certificate Now Instructions

Before You Start

Please make sure you have your Certificate Now login information. You will also need the certificate holder’s correct information before preparing the certificate.

Have the following ready before starting:

• Certificate holder name
• Certificate holder address
• Email or delivery information
• Required project or job information
  Any special wording, additional insured wording, or waiver wording, if applicable

Please note that incorrect or incomplete information may delay acceptance of the certificate.

Steps to Prepare a Certificate

1. Log In to Certificate Now

Click the Access Certificate Now button and log in using your Certificate Now User ID and Password.

2. Click Deliver Certificate

After logging in, click Deliver Certificate.

3. Select the Master Certificate Template

Click Select next to:

2026–2027 Master Certificate

This is your Master Certificate Template.

4. Click Continue

After selecting the template, click Continue.

5. Add a New Recipient

Click New Recipient, then enter the certificate holder’s information.

After the information has been entered, click Save.

6. Review the Certificate

Before delivering the certificate, you may click Edit or Preview to review the certificate you created.

Carefully check the certificate holder name, address, delivery information, and any required wording before continuing.

7. Deliver the Certificate

Once everything looks correct, click Deliver Now to send the certificate.
